I got a 95 cavy coupe stick shift and i was needing to know how much torque the trans can stand without doing any damage.

more then ur 2.2 can ever really produce.....honestly....loli kno its a decent amount

well any guess cause i done the math and by the time i get done it will be puttin out enough hp an torque to be considered a v8

nope..not close...ur talkin to a v8 guy.....

if u have the NON ecotec 2.2 u wont make anymore then 250hp at the wheels....even with alota work......ecotec and with ALOT of work u can make it into the 11 second range...

what kind of work are u wantin to do...we can giv u an estimate of what HP and times u might turn in a 1/4

forgot to add we hav a 89 Z24 2.8 a 03 LS Sport 2.2 ECOTEC and a 89 2.0....

u can make a cavalier quick but as far as handing u can get it to out manuver almost any car which is why i love them...so u hav the speed to get up to speed fast and folow threw with turns faster then the other car.....which is why u shuld do ur suspension also! lol

Well im also havin it bored out supercharged rocker rollers cold air intake forged pistons better camshaft hotter plugs and wires sway bars racin fuel pump and injecters and it just goes on and on lol
